Johnson & Associates offices and equipment. All charges for transportation, per diem, satellite offices and equipment or other expenses required to be expended for the performance of a project will be reimbursed at cost. All charges will be authorized by the Client prior to execution. Hourly Consulting rates are periodically reviewed for conformance to professional standards and are subject to change. Rates quoted under contract can only be changed after review and agreement by the Client and W.R. Johnson & Associates. Billings are issued weekly and are due and payable ten (10) days from date of invoice.
